Episode I: The Phantom Menace is hitting theaters in 3D next month, and if you're thinking of updating your image on instant messaging programs or message boards, look no further than our icon downloads section: choose from small Star Wars: Episode I icons or large Star Wars: Episode I icons! I've also updated the novels list again, with the release of Darth Plagueis by James Luceno. Information on future books is a unusually sparse at the moment, so the list currently only includes upcoming releases up to about nine months from now, instead of the usual 12 months. November 30, 2011 The Star Wars book list has been updated again for the release of two new novels. Shadow Games is a classic-era novel involving new characters, and The Old Republic: Revan is a novel tying together the stories of the video games Knights of the Old Republic and the soon-to-be-released The Old Republic. The latter book comes from author Drew Karpyshyn, who was also a writer for the original Knights of the Old Republic game, as well as the successful Darth Bane series of novels. November 10, 2011 I've updated the list of Star Wars novels again. Newest release is Riptide, Paul S. Kemp's sequel to Crosscurrent. Two more new books, The Old Republic: Revan and Shadow Games, are coming out later this month. September 2, 2011 The novel list is now fully up to date. New releases include Choices of One, a sequel to Timothy Zahn's Allegiance, as well as two new additions to the Fate of the Jedi series. There are also several new upcoming titles, including another addition to the long-running but intermittent X-Wing series, by Aaron Allston. April 22, 2011 The novel list has been updated again. In new releases, The Old Republic: Deceived is the second novel set in the era of the upcoming The Old Republic video game, and is written by Paul S. Kemp, author of Crosscurrent. 10 February, 2011 I've updated the novel list with two new novels set during the Old Republic Era: Joe Schreiber's Red Harvest (a prequel to horror novel Death Troopers) and Knight Errant, the first ever novel by John Jackson Miller, writer of the popular Knights of the Old Republic comic book series. As for future releases, I've added next year's Darth Plagueis by James Luceno, a previously canceled but recently revived story about Emperor Palpatine's Sith master.
